On 25th June 2024, The National Film and Television School will host its annual fundraising Gala at Old Billingsgate. It is one of the screen industries’ must-attend events of the year. A star-studded, black-tie celebration where major figures from in front of and behind the camera come together to raise much-needed funds to support students to attend and excel at one of the world’s best film schools.

As the UK’s film and television industry navigates through a challenging period, the NFTS remains at the forefront, offering an unparalleled range of behind-the-camera courses unmatched by any other institution globally. Our commitment to providing new entrants with skills tailored to real-world industry demands set the stage for success, with graduates of the NFTS consistently going on to achieve the highest levels of success in their respective fields.

To sustain and expand our impactful work, we need your support. The Gala serves as a crucial fundraiser for student scholarships and bursaries, enabling the School to forge innovative pathways across all facets of the industry. With thriving bases in Leeds, Scotland and Wales, we continually innovate our course delivery methods to align with our students’ needs across the UK. Diversity is a cornerstone of our mission and we are hugely passionate about increasing access and representation within the industry, welcoming our most diverse cohort of students yet in 2023.
