Our credits tell the story.

It is due to the generous support from individuals, companies, statutory funders and trusts and foundations, that films and television shows by our graduates are so successful.

Share Giving is most tax efficient way of supporting the School, combining relief on income and capital gains tax. Share gifts qualify for tax relief equal to the market value of the shares on the day the gift is made, including associated costs such as broker fees. The tax relief can be claimed for the year in which the gift is made.

Please contact Nicola Cowee on 01494 671234 to discuss further.

Make an in-kind donation Why not make a difference by donating or lending some technical equipement

The facilities and equipment the School offers its students rival those of professional film and television studios, thanks to the generous support of corporate sponsors who either donate equipment, lend it free of charge or very significantly discount its cost.

If you would like to support the School by making in-kind donations of equipment or help in some other way, please contact Nik Powell, NFTS Director on 01494 731405.

Both cash and in-kind donations are entitled to tax relief.

Leave a legacy Get in touch to make a huge difference

There are many reasons for leaving a legacy to the National Film and Television School.

Maybe you benefitted from the NFTS's unrivalled training and want to give something back. Maybe you worked with some of the talented people who were trained at the NFTS and who made a major contribution to your own films or television programmes. Maybe you laughed or cried watching a television show or film written, directed, produced or scored by an NFTS graduate. Maybe you just want to make sure that everyone who is talented has the opportunity to train at the NFTS, regardless of their financial means. Maybe this is a chance to make a gift you could not afford during your life-time, with the added benefit that any legacy to the NFTS is exempt from inheritance tax since the NFTS is a registered charity (no. 313429).
