• 62 students have received a scholarship and were able to take up a place at
  NFTS last year alone.
• Over 60 films and television programmes were made in 2007/2008 at the School.
  All relied on in-kind support for technical equipment and facilities.
• 80% of our students benefit from Industry placements while at the School.

It is due to the generous support from individuals, companies, statutory funders and trusts and foundations, that films and television shows by our graduates are so successful:

• 4 films were nominated, and 2 films won Oscars for cinematography and composing in 2008.
  
• 27 films by our graduates were shown at the Edinburgh International Film
  Festival in 2008
• Television shows and films shown on BBC, ITV and C4 with key involvement by NFTS graduates have won 500 major awards and nominations since 2004
