Lottie's experience in Moscow
Our trip to Moscow was a crash course in documentary survival skills. But soon the complex road crossing strategies, Cyrillic metro signs and strange dried squid products became part daily life as we got on with the filming.

During the shoot I met some extraordinary people both from VGIK and the newspaper and feel they really sharpened my understanding of contemporary Russia.
