You can submit your Application Form by email (preferred) or by post. You will need to send:

• Your completed Application Form (download below) which includes a Materials Sheet, and Application Fee payment sheet and an Equal Opportunities Questionnaire
• The application materials for your chosen course
• The application fee, if paying by cheque or postal order, which is £50, or £75 if you are applying for two courses

You should send your supporting materials by post or courier, unless they are Word documents, in which case you could email them to us along with your Application Form.

The Equal Opportunities Questionnaire is optional, anonymous and confidential, though it helps us to improve our recruitment activity if you are willing to complete it.

You will need Word 97 or a more recent version to read the application form. We prefer applications that are printed rather than hand-written if possible, so please save the application form to your personal computer and complete it on screen before sending it.

If you prefer to complete your application forms in writing, please use black ink and write as clearly as you can.
